Ha Kareltjuh!
Ten eerste moet je de groeten hebben van Slebbe Veenstra (De valse roodborst van ons mannenkoor) Hij heeft aan de zangdocent verklapt dat je niet op les was omdat je tegenwoordig je nieuwe hobby als dierenactivist belangrijker vind dan je stembanden. Wel jammer dat je er niet was trouwens, volgens het schema had jij vandaag een solo nummer voor de groep moeten doen op de muziek van een bekende film, ben de naam vergeten maar was geen Flodder. Nu jij met je meisjesstem er niet was is Freek met z’n jankerige piepstem weer verkozen als ‘lead-singer’. On-ge-lo-fe-lijk dat ze Freek daarvoor kiezen als ik zelf ook gewoon beschikbaar ben. Als Freek niet met z’n blokfluit in de bilspleet van de persoon voor hem zit te prikken dan zit ie wel weer propjes te schieten door z’n dwarslfuit en NOG wordt hij gekozen. Snap je toch niet? Enfin, ik ben achteraan in de groep geplaatst bij de ondersteunende vocalen die je in de zaal niet eens hoort als je niet vooraan de buhne gaat zitten. M’n verschijning zou de aandacht toch alleen maar afleiden van waar het om ging volgens de Slebbe.
Maar dat terzijde! Ik heb groots nieuws Karel! Zet je zelf maar even goed in je bureaustoel en vinger aan de pols…Frans heeft namelijk een spiksplinternieuwe televisie op de kop getikt!! Ist waar? Ja, tis waar! Nooit meer in de war raken met de live biljartwedstrijden omdat alle ballen in zwart-wit beeld vertoond werden op m’n oude kijkbuisje. Ik heb zowaar een kleurenbeeld van groots formaat met plastic (lees steviger) antenne en afstandbediening met een setje batterijen!! Ik ben hem vanmorgen op wezen halen bij een oude bekende van me een dorpje verder. Voor €650,-. mocht ik hem direct meenemen, de originele doos had hij helaas niet meer maar hij heeft me een setje batterijen in de plaats kado gedaan. Laat Fransje maar onderhandelen hoor, zo ken je me Karel. Van voren lijkt het net zo’n platte tv trouwens:
Aangezien de vakantie goedkoper is uitgevallen dan verwacht heb ik ook me meteen een deeveedee-speler (€330,-.) aan laten smeren. Weet nog niet wat ik er precies mee kan maar onze videobanden van Los Ventiel passen er niet in tot nu toe. Het geluk was vanmiddag echter van korte duur Karel. Toen de biljart wedsrtijd ongeveer een half uurtje op de rit was werd alles plat gelegd doordat een of andere “doorgedraaide milieuactivist” in zijn blote klabanus uit het publiek de tafel opklom en schreeuwde dat de stokstaartjes in Afrika bedreigd werden ofzo. Toen de beveiliging kwam aangesneld schoot de naakte activist onder de biljarttafel, alwaar ik nog snel een foto van mijn tv kon maken. Ik moet me wel heel sterk vergissen als dit niet de heer K. Cartonne was Karel…
De zogeheten streaker is in de boeien geslagen en de wedstrijd is niet meer hervat doordat de spelers compleet uit hun concentratie waren. Ik hoop dat het een dubbelganger van je was Karel, dit kan anders een hele vervelende zomer voor je worden op de camping. Je weet hoe gek iedereen hier op de biljart kampioenschappen is…
ps: Mag ik m’n zwarte vlinderstrik weer terug? Wist al niet waar je hem voor nodig had.
