Goedemorgen Karel,

Weer een beetje afgekoeld? Jeetje wat ben je gisteren kwaad weggefietst toen ze je gesnapt hebben op plagiaat tijdens de jaarlijkse gedichten avond “Nacht van de Poezie”. Ik ben nog achter je aan gerend door het clubhuis om de ravage op te ruimen die je op weg naar de uitgang aanrichtte. Wel jammer dat onze trofee van de bowling hierbij ook gesneuveld is trouwens. Die viel van de kast toen je een deuk in de gevonden voorwerpenmand wilde trappen waarbij je zelf ook nog eens ten val kwam. Enfin, ik ben uiteindelijk laatste geworden omdat mijn zinnen niet zouden rijmen volgens de jury, heel flauw. Toen de prijsuitreiking voorbijwas hebben ze jou gedichten onder luidkeels gelach en getier in een lijst geplaatst en naast de prijzenkast gehangen met de teskt: “Hij die de gedichten niet zelf verzon, staat te boek als Karel Cartonne”.

Ik hoorde van Freek dat je op weg naar huis nog een lelijke smak op het natte wegdek hebt gemaakt? Hij vertelde zijn nieuwe mobieltje met fotocamera bij de bushalte te testen toen jij ineens met een rotgang aan kwam gewielert. Toen je naar Freek wilde zwaaien bleef je mouw achter de handrem haken waardoor je voorwiel ineens blokkeerde? Bij de slager deed vanmorgen het verhaal de ronde dat iemand freek een stok in je voorwiel had zien gooien. Ik hoor graag nog van jou zelf wat er gebeurt is Karel. Freek kwam wat foto’s vanaf z’n mobieltje laten zien vanmorgen en vroeg of ik ze op onze blog wilde plaatsen, bij deze Freek.

Het was ook wel rotweer zeg. Ik vond het al vreemd dat ik je paraplu in 2 stukken bij de bushalte zag liggen toen ik later die avond naar huis wielerde. Is je oranje ’10 voor Taal’ broodtrommel nog wel in tact? Het bassie&adriaan beleg zal wel door de hele broodtrommel uitgesmeerd zijn. We kwamen er gisteren trouwens ook achter dat je in alle haast je regenjas in het clubhuis was vergeten. De mensen van het bestuur waren het nu zo zat dat ze hem met een benzinestift volgekalkt hebben, Tjobbe er zijn behoefte op heeft gedaan en vervolgens aan de vlaggenmast hebben gehesen. Voor ik kon lezen wat ze erop schreven hesen ze hem al met een hoop lol in de mast voor het clubhuis. Dit overigens na verwoede pogingen om hem op het dak te gooien maar daar waaide hij steeds weer af. Nu weet je in ieder geval even waar je hem moet zoeken ouwe vrind. Ik hoop dat het bestuur me nu niet als verrader ziet trouwens. Maar het was weer gezellig, jammer dat je eerder weg ging!

Ik kom vanmiddag nog wel even langsrijden als ik tijd heb. Je zult wel gefrustreert met een pleister op je grote neus achter je nieuwe modelbouw project zitten. Tot zo.

    I’m not sure why but this blog is loading extremely slow for me. Is anyone else having this problem or is it a problem on my end? I’ll check back later and see if the problem still exists.

    I have been in similar situations before. It’s not an easy solution as you thought it could be, it is something that you’ll have to write out for yourself over a period of time.
